And when your model is larger than that, we don't turn it away: the quote page splits it into up to 12 sections, prints each one, and puts it back together however you'd like — so props, statues and panels well over 600 mm are routine. We print the sections with clean, matched faces and ship them loose for you to glue. You just pay for the printing.
Alignment pins — £2.95 per joint
Printed pin-and-socket joints so the sections line up perfectly when you glue them at home. Ships unassembled — the easy DIY route.
Bonded & finished — £11.95 per joint
We epoxy-bond every seam, then fill and sand it so your part arrives as one solid, near-seamless piece. The fee covers the glue and hand-finishing time — nothing else added.
You decide where the seams go
Most splitting services cut your model wherever their software fancies. Ours doesn't. You drag the cut positions, angle the seam and tilt it in a live 3D preview — so a joint can run along a panel line on a cosplay helmet, under the arm of a statue, or anywhere else it's hardest to spot.
We'll be honest: a joined part is never quite the same as a single print, even after bonding and sanding. But a well-placed seam is very hard to find — and you're the one placing it.

Will I be able to see the seams?
On bonded parts, we epoxy every joint, then fill and sand it, so the part arrives as one solid, near-seamless piece — you'll struggle to find the join, though we won't pretend it's molecularly invisible. If you assemble it yourself, the finish depends on your gluing and sanding. Either way, you position the cuts in the 3D preview, so seams can sit along edges where they're hardest to spot.
